Tungstenc carbide buttons YG8 is more suitable for DTH, as its wear resistance and strength are better than other grades. Carbide buttons often require heat treatment.

DTH drill bits is mainly used for open-pit mining, quarries, excavation of building foundations, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, water well drilling, transportation engineering, cement mines, etc.

After sintering, carbide buttons blank needs to be processed by centerless grinding to achieve the required accuracy in product dimensions.
