Macrocrytallite cast tungsten carbide, which is made of the precisely chosen raw material and special alloying, is a fully carbonized and dense light grayish crystal tungsten carbide powder with homogeneous microstructure, excellent thermal stability, and has high hardness (HV0.1≧1600), high melting point (2700°C), excellent wear and impact resistance property.
The products are used for the preparation of diamond oil drill bit matrix materials, plasma (PTA) surfacing materials, spray welding materials, cemented carbide wear-resistant electrode (wire) and the raw material in cemented carbide production, etc., and used in the wear-resistant surface per-reinforcement or wear repair of mining, oil, metallurgical industries, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and steel industries, and cemented carbide.
