Rolling mill products
Approximately 10% of tungsten carbide is used to manufacture various rolling mill products, including various end mills and rolling mill blades. These products come in different sizes and shapes, depending on the materials they come into contact with and process, but all products are used for grinding and milling. Due to the high hardness and ease of molding of tungsten carbide hard alloys, attachments can be created for precision milling applications to produce coarse-grained materials or the finest powders.

Surgical tools
At present, the medical industry is another important application field of tungsten carbide. Generally, the shank of various surgical knives is made of stainless steel or titanium alloy, and the blade part is generally made of tungsten carbide. This still utilizes the high hardness and wear resistance of tungsten carbide, which can effectively extend the service life of surgical knives.
Of course, in addition to the five major application scenarios mentioned above, tungsten carbide also has great applications in other fields, such as skiing poles, snowboards, fishing rods in sports, and the cutting and crushing parts of some recycling machines, all of which use tungsten carbide.
