The surface appears in a sintered state. The minimum diameter of tungsten carbide rough balls is Ø2mm, with a standard dimensional tolerance of ±0.2mm, unless otherwise specified. Additionally, special customization can be made according to customer requirements.

Milling → Formulation according to usage requirements → Wet grinding → Mixing → Crushing → Drying → Sieving → Addition of binder → Further drying → Sieving to obtain the mixture → Granulation → Cold isostatic pressing → Forming → Sintering → Shaping (Rough) → Packaging → Storage.
